Last two runs of week 2

Both were over 2 miles. Finished strong and able to do the full 90 second run segments. keeping my pace slower and steady.

last night, I ran in the evening, which I liked.

still having some soreness and lameness on outer side of right ankle. I'm attributing this to the way my shoe holds my foot. hoping my ankle conforms.

I'm going to start riding the exercise bike on my non-run days. also some basic exercises. I need some 5 and 10 pound dumb bells.

water consumption is up. 2qts a day, minimum. with cucumber slices and/or fresh mint from my garden.
